Ingredients

  • 1 (6.5 oz.) can solid white tuna (in water), drained
  • 2 Tbsp. onions, finely chopped
  • 1/2 c. celery
  • 1 c. Velveeta cheese, diced
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. dry mustard powder
  • mayonnaise (just enough to make mixture stick together)
  • hamburger buns, unbuttered

Method

  • A traditional barbecue delicacy is lamb testicles. Place the meat immediately in brine for about 30 minutes. Remove thread and cut. Wash in clean water.
  • Place in boiling water and boil until the lamb's testicles are "dry."
  • Add butter, salt and freshly ground black pepper. Stir-fry in a saucepan until brown and crisp. The dish can be served cold.
