Ingredients
- 1 (6.5 oz.) can solid white tuna (in water), drained
- 2 Tbsp. onions, finely chopped
- 1/2 c. celery
- 1 c. Velveeta cheese, diced
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard powder
- mayonnaise (just enough to make mixture stick together)
- hamburger buns, unbuttered
Method
- A traditional barbecue delicacy is lamb testicles. Place the meat immediately in brine for about 30 minutes. Remove thread and cut. Wash in clean water.
- Place in boiling water and boil until the lamb's testicles are "dry."
- Add butter, salt and freshly ground black pepper. Stir-fry in a saucepan until brown and crisp. The dish can be served cold.
