Ingredients
- 2 (16 oz.) cans chunk pineapple, drained
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. plain flour
- 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 stack Ritz crackers, crushed
- 1 stick butter
Method
- Use a 2-quart casserole.
- Put drained pineapple in bottom of dish.
- Mix flour, sugar and cheese and put on top of pineapple. Then put on Ritz crackers and pour melted butter over crackers. Preheat oven to 350°.
- Bake 30 minutes.
