Ingredients
- 1 can pears
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jell-O
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. Cool Whip
- 1/2 c. water
Method
- Drain pears and save 1 cup of the juice; put juice in a small saucepan and heat until boiling.
- Dissolve Jell-O in it.
- In blender, put water and cubed cream cheese; blend on high until creamy.
- Add pears and Jell-O and blend.
- Pour into serving bowl and add Cool Whip.
- Blend in.
- Chill several hours or overnight.
