Ingredients
- 1 lb. pkg. Oreo cookies, crushed
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
- 2 c. Spanish peanuts
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
- 1/3 c. butter
- 2/3 c. chocolate chips
Method
- Combine Oreos and 1/2 cup butter.
- Pat into 9 x 13-inch pan and freeze.
- Soften vanilla ice cream and spread over cookie mixture; sprinkle with 1 1/2 cups of Spanish peanuts.
- Freeze.
