Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained, save juice
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 3 Tbsp. pineapple juice
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. grated cheese
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
Method
- Mix flour with pineapple juice and sugar.
- Add cheese and pineapple chunks, mix well.
- Pour into buttered (1-quart) casserole dish.
- Mix melted butter and crumbs.
- Sprinkle over top. Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.
- Bubbly and cheese melts.
