Ingredients
- 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained (reserve juice)
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 3 Tbsp. pineapple juice
- 1/2 stick oleo, melted
- 1 c. grated cheese (mild Cheddar)
Method
- Mix all ingredients well.
- Put in a casserole dish.
- Sprinkle cracker crumbs on top.
- Drizzle melted oleo on crumbs.
- Bake at 325° for 20 to 30 minutes.
