Ingredients
- 6 or 7 red potatoes
- 4 diced dill pickles
- 1 medium onion
- 3 boiled eggs (hard)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. mustard
- 1/4 stick butter
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. salt
Method
- Cook potatoes until done and add salt while cooking. When tender, drain all water off of potatoes; add butter, mustard and mayonnaise. Mix with mixer on low speed. Add remaining chopped boiled eggs, diced onion and diced dill pickles. Stir together and really enjoy.
