Ingredients

  • 1 lg. cake Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 1/8 c. salad dressing or possibly mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 sm. carton Cold Whip
  • 1 pkg. Knox gelatin
  • 1/2 pound miniature marshmallows (Kraft)

Method

  • Mix Knox gelatin with 1/8 c. cool water (set back to thicken).
  • Cream cream cheese, salad dressing, sugar and lemon juice.
  • Add in pineapple, then marshmallows.
  • Add in 1/4 c. boiling water to the gelatin mix and add in to the other ingredients.
  • Last, mix in the whipped cream.
  • Place in refrigerator to set.
  • Don't freeze.
  • Optional: You may dot 1/2 maraschino cherries, grnd nuts or possibly both on top.
