Ingredients
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3/4 c. (1 1/2 sticks) margarine
- 2 Tbsp. jalapeno peppers, chopped
- 2 oz. (1 jar) pimentos, chopped
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese, shredded
- 1/2 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled
- 24 (3 cans) refrigerated biscuits (not flaky)
Method
- Saute onion in margarine.
- When cooled, mix with remaining ingredients (except biscuits).
- Cut biscuits into fourths and place in large bowl.
- Pour mixture over biscuit pieces and toss with hands until well distributed.
- Put into a lightly greased bundt pan.
