Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3/4 c. (1 1/2 sticks) margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. jalapeno peppers, chopped
  • 2 oz. (1 jar) pimentos, chopped
  • 1 c. Parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled
  • 24 (3 cans) refrigerated biscuits (not flaky)

Method

  • Saute onion in margarine.
  • When cooled, mix with remaining ingredients (except biscuits).
  • Cut biscuits into fourths and place in large bowl.
  • Pour mixture over biscuit pieces and toss with hands until well distributed.
  • Put into a lightly greased bundt pan.
