Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cups feta cheese
- 1 lemon peel
- 10 thyme sprigs lemon
- olive oil homemade flavored, or olive oil, to taste
Method
- Cut the cheese in equal sized cubes, and put them in a dated, sterilized jar.
- Add lemon zest and fresh thyme leaves.
- Fill with olive oil, and close the bottle. Allow the cheese to marinate for at least two weeks.
- Store in the refrigerator.
