Ingredients
- 4 1/2 ounces mango peeled, stoned and cut into chunks
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup carrot juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- crushed ice
- 1 small carrot peeled, small cut in the side
Method
- Puree the mango, pineapple juice, carrot juice, honey and lime juice in a blender. Serve in a glass over ice, garnished with a carrot on the edge of the glass.
