Ingredients

  • 2 regular pkg. orange jello
  • 1 large can apricots, mashed (save juice)
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple (save juice)
  • 10 large marshmallows, cut fine
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 2 heaping Tbsp. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 c. Cool Whip
  • shredded Cheddar cheese

Method

  • Save the juice and mix 1 cup pineapple and apricot juice together.
  • Mix jello, boiling water, apricots, crushed pineapple and marshmallows together.
  • When this is firm, top with the pineapple and apricot juice, mixed.
