Ingredients
- 2 regular pkg. orange jello
- 1 large can apricots, mashed (save juice)
- 2 c. boiling water
- 1 large can crushed pineapple (save juice)
- 10 large marshmallows, cut fine
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 beaten egg
- 2 heaping Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. Cool Whip
- shredded Cheddar cheese
Method
- Save the juice and mix 1 cup pineapple and apricot juice together.
- Mix jello, boiling water, apricots, crushed pineapple and marshmallows together.
- When this is firm, top with the pineapple and apricot juice, mixed.
