Ingredients
- 2 c. vinegar
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- beets from garden or 8 cans tiny whole beets, drained
Method
- Heat vinegar, water and sugar to a boil.
- Place beets in and cook until they are heated.
- Put beets in jars and cover with liquid.
- Seal.
