Ingredients
- 1 lb. asparagus
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/8 tsp. crushed dry basil
- 1/8 tsp. crushed dry oregano
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- dash of pepper
Method
- Steam asparagus with little water in covered pot 5 to 8 minutes or until tender.
- In separate pan, heat olive oil and herbs on medium heat just until heated through.
- Remove from heat. Stir in lemon juice.
- Drizzle over asparagus on serving dish.
