Ingredients
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 6 Tbsp. margarine, divided
- salt and pepper (white) to taste
- 8 trimmed broccoli stalks, cooked
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 2 c. milk
- 4 tsp. dairy sour cream
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- paprika to taste
Method
- Lightly brown chicken breasts in 2 tablespoons margarine. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- If serving in individual casseroles, arrange 2 pieces of broccoli each, end to end, with buds toward outside of dish.
- Arrange chicken over broccoli.
