- 1 lb. bulk sausage
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
- 1 small can tomato puree
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can kidney beans
- 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can green beans
- 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can wax beans
- 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can lima beans
- 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can pork and beans
Method
- Drain and rinse kidney beans, green beans, wax beans and lima beans.
- Remove pork from pork and beans.
- Brown sausage; drain grease.
- Saute onion and celery.
- Combine all ingredients in a large casserole dish.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour (uncovered).
