Ingredients

  • 1 lb. bulk sausage
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
  • 1 small can tomato puree
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can kidney beans
  • 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can green beans
  • 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can wax beans
  • 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can lima beans
  • 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can pork and beans

Method

  • Drain and rinse kidney beans, green beans, wax beans and lima beans.
  • Remove pork from pork and beans.
  • Brown sausage; drain grease.
  • Saute onion and celery.
  • Combine all ingredients in a large casserole dish.
  • Bake at 350° for 1 hour (uncovered).
