Ingredients
- 24 green mangoes
- 12 red mangoes
- 1 bunch celery
- 7 large onions
- 6 c. sugar
- 4 c. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. white mustard seed
- 1 Tbsp. salt
Method
- Grind mangoes and onions; pour 1 quart boiling water over and let stand for 1 hour.
- Drain.
- Add salt and mustard seed.
- Add sugar and vinegar.
- Cook 3 minutes after it starts to boil.
- Add celery (cut fine) and boil 1 minute.
- Can and seal.
