Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 cup white kayro
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 Tbsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 sticks butter
- dash salt
- 4 cups pecans
Method
- Boil all ingredients on medium heat except 1 cup cream, butter, vanilla, and pecans .
- Stir constantly
- Once boiling, add other cup of cream and butter.
- Bool to firm ball stage (about 250 degrees)Stir constantly.
- Once it reaches this stage, add vanilla and pecans and stir.
- Pour onto a silicone sheet or buttered cookie sheet.
- let cool, then cut into pieces.
