Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cup white kayro
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla
  • 1 1/2 sticks butter
  • dash salt
  • 4 cups pecans

Method

  • Boil all ingredients on medium heat except 1 cup cream, butter, vanilla, and pecans .
  • Stir constantly
  • Once boiling, add other cup of cream and butter.
  • Bool to firm ball stage (about 250 degrees)Stir constantly.
  • Once it reaches this stage, add vanilla and pecans and stir.
  • Pour onto a silicone sheet or buttered cookie sheet.
  • let cool, then cut into pieces.
