Ingredients
- 3 eggs or 3/4 c. Egg Beaters
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. dark Karo syrup
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 1 unbaked pie shell
Method
- Beat eggs or Egg Beaters slightly with a fork.
- Blend in remaining ingredients (except pie shell).
- Pour in unbaked pie shell.
- Bake 15 minutes at 400°.
- Turn oven temperature down to 350°; bake another 30 minutes or until firm in the middle.
