Ingredients
- 10 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli
- 2 diced potatoes (optional)
- 3/4 c. diced onion
- 1 tsp. white pepper
- 2 tsp. garlic salt
- 2 tsp. Accent
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. cream
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/2 large box Velveeta
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/3 c. flour
Method
- Boil broccoli, potatoes and onion in water for 10 minutes. Drain.
- Add seasons and cheese.
- Stir until melted.
- Add milk, cream and butter.
- Cook to boiling, but do not boil.
- Mix water and flour.
- Add to soup.
- Cook until thickened.
