Ingredients
- 1 lb. brown sugar
- 3/4 c. water
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- pecan halves
Method
- Mix brown sugar and water in pan on low heat until sugar is dissolved. Boil 3 minutes.
- Mix this mixture slowly into well beaten eggs. Add margarine and vanilla.
- Pour into unbaked pie shell.
- Lay pecan halves on top. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
