Ingredients
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. light brown sugar
- 1/2 c. light Karo syrup
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 1 c. pecans, sliced lengthwise in half
Method
- Mix
- sugar
- and well beaten eggs.
- Add syrup, butter and vanilla
- then
- nuts.
- Pour into
- unbaked pie shell.
- Bake in a 400° oven for 10 minutes then reduce temperature to 325° for 25 to 30 minutes or until done.
