Ingredients

  • 1 lb. pkg. Oreo cookies
  • 1 (16 oz.) Cool Whip
  • 2 (3 oz.) boxes instant chocolate pudding
  • 1 (8 oz.) bar cream cheese, softened
  • 2 2/3 c. milk
  • 1 stick butter

Method

  • Melt butter; pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  • Crush Oreos (save 1/2 cup to sprinkle on top).
  • Smash Oreos into melted butter.
  • Mix 8 ounces Cool Whip with cream cheese; spread over Oreos.
  • Mix pudding with milk and chill for 5 minutes, then spread over Cool Whip layer.
  • Spread remaining Cool Whip over pudding.
  • Sprinkle with Oreo crumbs.
  • Chill overnight.
