Ingredients
- 2 (1 lb.) cans cream-style corn
- 2 c. Bisquick
- 2 beaten eggs
- 4 Tbsp. melted butter
- 4 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 c. milk
- 8 oz. chopped green chilies
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 lb. ground beef, cooked
Method
- Combine corn, Bisquick, eggs, butter, sugar and milk.
- Mix. Turn half of batter into greased 16 x 11-inch glass dish.
- Cover with chilies, onion and cheese slices.
- Spread remaining batter. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes at 400° until brown.
