Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 c. light corn syrup
- 1 1/4 c. pecans
- 1/8 tsp. salt
Method
- Cream butter and sugar.
- Add eggs, syrup and salt.
- Mix well; add vanilla and pecans.
- Bake until firm, about an hour.
