Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. white Karo
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 1/2 c. pecans
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Beat eggs, sugar, syrup and melted butter. Combine and add pecans, vanilla and salt.
- Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350° about 1 hour. Also sometimes I chop the pecans instead of leaving them halved.
