Ingredients
- 34 cup vegetable oil
- 34 cup water
- 13 cup lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons salmon & seafood seasoning (available at Sam's Club)
- 24 ounces salmon fillets or 24 ounces steaks
Method
- Combine oil, water, lemon juice & seasoning in resealable plastic bag.
- Add salmon and marinate 30 minute to 8 hours in refrigerator.
- Remove fish and discard marinade.
- Grill or broil for 8-10 minutes or until salmon flakes easily.
- (No need to turn).
