Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. Karo syrup
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. oleomargarine, melted
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Method
- Beat eggs; add sugar, syrup, salt, vanilla and margarine. Line a 9-inch pie plate with pastry.
- Pour mixture over pastry. Bake at 325° for 45 minutes.
- The nuts will rise to the top and form a crusted layer.
