Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. light syrup
- 1 c. granulated or brown sugar
- 1 c. pecan halves
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 pie shell (uncooked)
Method
- Beat eggs and sugar until thick.
- Add corn syrup, nuts and vanilla.
- Pour into 9-inch pastry lined pie pan.
- Nuts may be sprinkled over filling after pouring in crust, if desired.
