Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. dark corn syrup
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. evaporated milk
- 1 c. broken pecans
- 3/4 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Mix flour, sugar and salt in a 2-quart bowl.
- Add in syrup and mix well.
- Beat eggs in with fork one at a time.
- Mix in remaining ingredients.
- Pour into a 9-inch pie pan lined with unbaked pastry.
- Bake near center of 375° oven for about 50 minutes or until firm.
- Cool before serving.
