Ingredients
- 1 egg white
- 2 c. pecan halves
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
Method
- Beat egg white until soft peaks are formed.
- Slowly add sugar and vanilla.
- Fold in pecans.
- Place on greased cookie sheet. Place pecans about 1/2 inch apart.
- Cook on 250 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Cut oven off and leave for 30 minutes more.
- Place in airtight container.
