Ingredients

  • 1 pound Boneless Beef Steak
  • 1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 can Campbells Condensed Tomato Soup
  • 3 Tablespoons Soy Sauce (more To Taste)
  • 1 Tablespoon Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 3 cups Fresh Or Frozen Broccoli Florets
  • 1 whole Carrot, Chopped Or Grated
  • 4 cups Cooked White Rice

Method

  • Cut beef into bite size piece.
  • Heat oil in skillet.
  • Add beef and stir-fry until browned and juices evaporate.
  • You may choose to spoon out some of the excess oil after meat is browned.
  • Add soup, soy sauce, vinegar, and garlic powder.
  • Heat to a boil.
  • Add broccoli and carrots cook until tender-crisp.
  • (If you use frozen broccoli, cook in microwave according to directions and toss in with grated carrots ) Serve over rice.
