Ingredients
- 1 pound Boneless Beef Steak
- 1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 1 can Campbells Condensed Tomato Soup
- 3 Tablespoons Soy Sauce (more To Taste)
- 1 Tablespoon Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 3 cups Fresh Or Frozen Broccoli Florets
- 1 whole Carrot, Chopped Or Grated
- 4 cups Cooked White Rice
Method
- Cut beef into bite size piece.
- Heat oil in skillet.
- Add beef and stir-fry until browned and juices evaporate.
- You may choose to spoon out some of the excess oil after meat is browned.
- Add soup, soy sauce, vinegar, and garlic powder.
- Heat to a boil.
- Add broccoli and carrots cook until tender-crisp.
- (If you use frozen broccoli, cook in microwave according to directions and toss in with grated carrots ) Serve over rice.
