Ingredients
- 1/4 c. red peppers, freshly chopped
- 1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
- 1/4 c. celery, chopped
- 1/4 c. onion, chopped
- 1/4 c. ripe olives, sliced
- 1 can water chestnuts, sliced
- 1 large bunch fresh broccoli, cooked until just tender, then cooled
- 1 (16 oz.) bottle Italian dressing
Method
- Mix all the ingredients with the broccoli and add the Italian dressing.
- Let stand overnight.
