Ingredients
- 1 c. butter
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cold water
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 c. flour
- 2 c. chopped pecans
Method
- Cream butter. Add sugar, water and vanilla. Separately combine nuts and flour. Slowly and thoroughly add nut/flour mixture to butter mixture. Form into logs. Put on cookie sheet in freezer until solid.
- Put frozen cookies into airtight bag and store in freezer until ready to bake.
