Ingredients
- 2 egg whites
- 2/3 c. sugar
- pinch of salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. pecans, chopped
- 1 (6 oz.) chocolate chips or butterscotch
Method
- Beat egg whites until stiff.
- Add sugar, salt and vanilla; mix well.
- Add chips and pecans and mix well.
- Drop on greased baking sheet.
- Place in preheated 350° oven and turn oven off.
- Leave all day or night or at least 4 hours.
- Do not open oven until at least 4 hours.
- Makes about 3 to 4 dozen cookies.
