Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 cup PLANTERS Pecan Halves
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell
Method
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Beat eggs lightly in medium bowl.
- Add all remaining ingredients except the pastry shell; mix until well blended.
- Pour into pastry shell.
- Bake 50 to 55 min.
- or until top is slightly puffed, covering loosely with foil after 30 min.
- to avoid over-browning.
- Cool completely.
- Store leftover pie in refrigerator.
