Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 4 catfish fillets
- 1 c. ground pecans
Method
- In a small bowl, combine the milk, Dijon mustard and cayenne pepper.
- Dip fillets into mustard mixture.
- Then dip into ground pecans, shaking off excess.
- Place on oiled baking sheet.
- Bake at 400° for 10 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes and pecans are browned.
