Ingredients
- 2 cans sliced pears, drained (reserving syrup)
- 1 large pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 large tub whipped cream
- 2 pkg. lime jello
Method
- Dissolve gelatin in pear syrup and bring to boil.
- Chill until slightly thickened.
- Mash pears; whip with mixer.
- Beat in cream cheese until smooth and add to slightly thickened gelatin.
- Fold in whipped cream.
- You may want to reserve some for topping.
- Chill until set.
