Ingredients
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. flour (self-rising)
- 1 c. milk
- 1 1/2 sticks margarine, melted
- 2 c. peaches
Method
- Melt margarine in bottom of a large pan.
- Mix first 4 ingredients well.
- Pour batter in pan on melted margarine.
- Pour peaches (2 cups) over batter.
- Do not stir.
- Bake at 350° until bubbly and brown.
