Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 to 6 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 c. cooked rice, cold
  • 1 small bag frozen shrimp
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine

Method

  • Brown hamburger and
  • onion
  • in large
  • skillet.
  • Drain. Add margarine and shrimp.
  • In
  • different
  • bowl
  • beat
  • eggs. Remove shrimp from pan and
  • cook
  • (scramble)
  • eggs in same pan used for shrimp.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Mix soy sauce with meat, shrimp, onions and eggs.
  • Add cold, cooked rice and simmer for 15 to 30 minutes, turning over constantly.
  • Add soy sauce to taste.
