Ingredients
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 eggs
- 4 to 6 Tbsp. soy sauce
- salt and pepper
- 3 c. cooked rice, cold
- 1 small bag frozen shrimp
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
Method
- Brown hamburger and
- onion
- in large
- skillet.
- Drain. Add margarine and shrimp.
- In
- different
- bowl
- beat
- eggs. Remove shrimp from pan and
- cook
- (scramble)
- eggs in same pan used for shrimp.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix soy sauce with meat, shrimp, onions and eggs.
- Add cold, cooked rice and simmer for 15 to 30 minutes, turning over constantly.
- Add soy sauce to taste.
