Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter
  • 2/3 c. minced peanuts
  • 1 c. flour
  • 8 ounce. pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/3 c. peanut butter
  • 1 c. 10X sugar
  • 1 c. Cold Whip
  • 1 sm. box instant chocolate pudding
  • 1 sm. box instant vanilla pudding
  • 2 3/4 c. cool lowfat milk

Method

  • First Layer: Blend butter and flour together.
  • Fold in nuts.
  • Press in bottom of 9 x 11 inch pan.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min.
  • Second Layer: Cream together cream cheese and peanut butter; add in sugar and mix well.
  • Blend in Cold Whip.
  • Third Layer: Mix chocolate and vanilla pudding with lowfat milk.
  • Pour over second layer.
  • When set cover with Cold Whip.
