Ingredients

  • 1/2 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti noodles
  • 2 c. cooked chicken, diced
  • 1/4 c. diced pimento
  • 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1 small onion
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 3/4 c. grated cheese

Method

  • Break noodles into pieces and cook in boiling water and drain. Put chicken, pimento, green pepper and chopped onion in a casserole dish.
  • Mix water and soup; add to chicken mixture.
  • Add 1 1/4 cups cheese and noodles.
  • Season to taste.
  • Toss lightly and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  • Cook at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.
