Ingredients
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1/2 c. peanut butter
- 1 (9-inch) pie crust (baked and cooled)
- 1 pkg. (4 serving size) instant vanilla pudding
- whipped topping (use about 1/2 of 8 oz. size)
Method
- In medium size bowl, combine sugar and peanut butter.
- Mix to crumbly consistency, remove half of mixture; set aside.
- Spread remaining mixture evenly over pie crust.
- Make pudding following directions.
- Pour over crumb layer.
- Refrigerate overnight. Before serving, cover with whipped topping and top with reserved peanut butter mix.
