Ingredients

  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1/2 c. peanut butter
  • 1 (9-inch) pie crust (baked and cooled)
  • 1 pkg. (4 serving size) instant vanilla pudding
  • whipped topping (use about 1/2 of 8 oz. size)

Method

  • In medium size bowl, combine sugar and peanut butter.
  • Mix to crumbly consistency, remove half of mixture; set aside.
  • Spread remaining mixture evenly over pie crust.
  • Make pudding following directions.
  • Pour over crumb layer.
  • Refrigerate overnight. Before serving, cover with whipped topping and top with reserved peanut butter mix.
