Ingredients
- 2 c. sugar
- 2/3 c. milk
- 1/2 pt. jar marshmallow cream
- 1 c. peanut butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Method
- Butter the sides of a heavy pan.
- Mix together 2 cups sugar and milk, stirring continuously until it reaches 234° (soft boil on candy thermometer).
- Remove from heat and add marshmallow cream, peanut butter and vanilla.
- Pour into a 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan and let cool.
