Ingredients

  • 1 cup Dark Chocolate Chips (can Use Any Kind Of Chips)
  • 8 whole Large Jet-puffed Marshmallows (mini Ones Work Too But You'll Need More)
  • Graham Crackers For Dipping

Method

  • Preheat the oven to 450 F.
  • In a cast iron skillet (I used a 6-inch size), add the chocolate chips. Snip the large marshmallows in half and top the chocolate chips with them. (You could also use a scoop of mini marshmallows if you don't have the large ones on hand.)
  • Once the oven is up to temperature, add the skillet to the oven. Bake for 7-9 minutes, or until the marshmallows turn golden brown. Remove from oven.
  • Serve with graham crackers for scooping.
