Ingredients
- 2 egg whites
- 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1/3 c. water
- 1/2 c. crushed peanut brittle
Method
- Cook egg whites, brown sugar, cream of tartar and water over boiling water for 7 minutes or until icing holds peaks.
- Beat constantly with beater.
- Remove from heat; beat until cool. Sprinkle crushed peanut brittle over top of frosted cake.
