Ingredients
- 1 c. Crisco shortening
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. Skippy honey nut roasted peanut butter
- 2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Method
- Thoroughly cream shortening, sugars, eggs and vanilla.
- Stir in peanut butter.
- Sift dry ingredients together.
- Stir into creamed mixture.
- Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Press with back of floured fork to make crisscrosses.
- Bake in a 350° oven for 10 minutes.
- Makes 5 dozen.
