- 1 cup null brown sugarnull
- 3/4 cup null flournull
- 1/4 cup null wheat germnull
- 4 teaspoon null cinnamonnull
- 3/4 teaspoon null baking sodanull
- 3-1/2 cup null oatsnull
- 1/3 cup null applesaucenull
- 3 tablespoon null canola oilnull
- 1 cup null peanut butternull
- 1-1/4 cup null cholesterol-free egg productnull
- 2 ounce null fat-free milknull
- 4 teaspoon null null
- 3/4 cup null raisinsnull
Method
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Spray 9" x 9" pan with vegetable oil spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, blend brown sugar, flour, wheat germ, cinnamon, baking soda and dry oats.
- Add applesauce, oil, peanut butter, egg substitute, skim milk and vanilla.
- Mix by hand or with electric mix until well blended.
- Stir in raisins.
- Spread mixture evenly in bottom of pan.
- Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, or until knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cut into 12 even pieces and one piece is one serving.
- The rest freeze well for future breakfasts.
