- 1/4 lb. butter or margarine
- 1 (18 oz.) crunchy peanut butter
- 2 1/4 c. confectioners sugar
- 3 c. Rice Krispies
- 12 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate bits
- 1/2 cake paraffin wax
Method
- Mix together first 4 ingredients.
- Chill 2 hours or more. Roll into 1-inch balls.
- Refrigerate.
- Melt chocolate bits and wax in double boiler.
- Dip peanut butter balls and set on waxed paper. Refrigerate to set.
- Makes 60 to 70.
