Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp. (heaping) cocoa
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
  • 2 1/4 lb. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 10 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, melted
  • 1 c. smooth or crunchy peanut butter

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Combine
  • graham cracker crumbs, cocoa, 2 tablespoons sugar and butter (or margarine), mixing well. Spread evenly over bottom and sides of 9-inch spring-form pan (or two 9-inch pie pans).
  • Bake crust for 10 minutes.
  • Let cool. Reduce oven temperature to 300°.
