- 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. (heaping) cocoa
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
- 2 1/4 lb. cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 6 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 10 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, melted
- 1 c. smooth or crunchy peanut butter
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Combine
- graham cracker crumbs, cocoa, 2 tablespoons sugar and butter (or margarine), mixing well. Spread evenly over bottom and sides of 9-inch spring-form pan (or two 9-inch pie pans).
- Bake crust for 10 minutes.
- Let cool. Reduce oven temperature to 300°.
